It took me literally years to find the right plan to gain weight. Before that, I tried drinking a lot of (expensive) weight gainers and protein powders every day. The employees at the health store suggested that I eat a lot of fast food. I never did because that’s probably the worst advice you could give someone. Most fast food is gross anyway. So, I had to do the research on my own. At first, all I could find was the JUST EAT MORE type of advice over and over. Not exactly helpful. As I mentioned in part 1 I finally found a website which explained EXACTLY what I needed to do.
